not if very much matches to the job profile philips wont (have to) invite external candidates. those Internal transfers or interns fillup the vacancy easily. at least it took me 4 years to finally get a 1st interview.

finally confirmed next round interview after 3 weeks, with department director and some expert in the team. 2vs1 in just an hour. mmm.... not bad.
