收到面试 不过第一面是面HR？

请问是philips的流程吗请有经验同学指示  

HR不是最后谈合约的时候还要再见一次？

没人在philips工作吗

很多人在philips工作，可能大家觉得面试没什么特别注意的吧，不同的方向也不太一样，希望有人能回答你的问题。

thank you actually i wasn't asking what to pay attention to, just the process: how many rounds of interview there'll be, who to meet....

seeing HR as 1st round seems bit waste of time.

I am not working for Philips.

If you are to be interviewed for an employee position, then the 1st round will be mostly concentrated on your technical background, i.e. what you can do for them. Within that day, of course HR will be having one session with you. But your focus should be on your direct, future supervisor.

大家都懒得回答，我说一下我所知道的：

这个是Philips的HR,  非部门的。一些个人基本素质方面的面试，这一轮过了，才是部门HR,  涉及专业知识的，再后才是部门经理。  

不过每一个部门也不一样的。因为飞利浦太大了~~~~~

部门偏好不同的。

不知道楼主已经面试过了没？我有个同学在飞利浦实习，申请时就问了爱好啥的，

我也试了飞利浦，但是直接就拒绝了。 请问有什么诀窍么？或者特别之处？希望前辈们指教。 万分感谢
