如何注册一份“Neso Certificate”
你需要提供给Neso China如下文件以便注册“Neso Certificate”：
1． Neso Certificate注册申请表
通过Neso Certificate注册表提供你的教育背景，英语水平以及所申请的荷兰大学及课程的情况。你需要完整填写Neso Certificate注册表, 任何没被完好填写的注册表将视为无效。
Neso Certificate注册表可从Neso China免费索取，也可以在本网站下载得到。
2．英语水平考试成绩单
随Neso Certificate注册表一起，你需要提供一份有效的IELTS考试(学术类)或托福(网考)成绩单复印件。Neso China将核实成绩单的真实性和有效性。
英语考试成绩将被用以衡量你是否具备留学荷兰所需要的英语水平。因此，所有想赴荷兰学习的中国学生必须参加IELTS考试或TOEFL考试。请注意你必须参加IELTS学术类考试(Academic Module)，而非培训类(General Training Module)的考试。TOEFL考试你必须参加网考而非机考或笔考.你的成绩必须符合所申请的国际课程的最低要求。 所有荷兰的高等院校将根据IELTS或TOEFL成绩来提出语言要求。
你应该通过正常的申请程序自行报名参加IELTS或TOEFL考试。中国有30个IELTS考试中心， 大部分中心每月组织一次考试。有关IELTS在中国的考试中心﹑考试日期及申请程序等的详细信息请登陆http://www2.britishcouncil.org/zh/china-exams-ielts.htm和http://www.ielts.org。目前,托福网考在中国37个城市设有逾百个考场,每年共有30-40场考试,每个月至少有一次以上的考试。

3．学历、学位证书和成绩单（中、英文）
你还必须提供申请荷兰高等院校所需的学历、学位证书及/或成绩单的中、英文复印件各一份。Neso China将对这些文件的真实性和有效性进行认证。如果你在注册“Neso Certificate”的时候还没有拿到所有的文件，你需要提供辅助文件，如你所在学校或大学提供的一份在读证明（中英文）。个别情况下，需要申请者提交更为详细的辅助材料。

Application and enrolment
Application itself is free of cost.
You can find an enrolment form on our website www.fontys.edu/ICTandEngineering. Return the Fontys enrolment form by regular mail. Also send us:
•A clear copy of your valid passport;
•Originally certified* copies of your diploma’s; in the original language and in English;
•Originally certified* copies of your grade lists; in the original language and in English (official English translation);
•IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 550 score in the English language;
•Two photographs; passport size.
After a positive comparison of certificates you will receive an admission letter.
* Certified means: photocopy of the original diploma and grade list with new original signature or stamp. Your school, town hall, police or another official body can do the certification/validation of your papers. If the copies of your diplomas and list of marks are not certified we cannot start the assessment. After a positive comparison of certificates you will receive an admission letter.
For non-EU students
We will apply for the ‘shortened visa procedure’ at the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service after payment of the invoice. Your student residence permit is only valid for the duration of one year and has to be renewed every year.
