格罗宁根大学是否可以分几次付学费？

在论坛上惊闻格罗宁根大学可以分几次付学费，不知是否确有其事。各位能帮我证实一下吗？
    （“至于学费，是在入学之后，才交的，可以选择一次性交清，貌似也可以分次交~”请问怎么分几次交？难道是读三个月交一次？）

      The University of Groningen collects tuition fees on five fixed dates during the year, namely in the last week of the following months:
September
November
January
March
May
Each instalment is a fifth of your tuition fees plus the one-off administration fee (2009-2010: € 13,60).
      You can authorize the University to debit your account for the full amount, but you can also opt for staggered payment in five instalments. The instalments will be collected in the last week of the months of September, November, January, March and May. If you pay in instalments, an administration fee of € 13.60 will be charged.

you can pay in terms of instalment, no matter bachelor or master. IBM=international big mouth

可以分期付款的，每2个月付1次，1共付5次，多13欧左右的手续费而已
