暑期回国，转租房子一个月

This is the information of my studio:
1. located in the market
2. 15 m2 including kitchen
3. shared bathroom and toilet with other 3 students. They will not be there in summer holiday.
4. Fully furnitured.
5. Available for 35 days. from 1st July till 5th August.
6. Subleting fee: 345 euros, negotiable.
