急问：5年ID和永久居留的问题

我目前拿的是5年ID卡，是属于伴侣居留。我先生已经是永居了，我想请问我的5年卡明年到期前是否要自己申请永居？还是随着先生自动转成永居？？？需要一些什么材料呢？小的在此多谢各位帮助～～～

ind网站上写的很清楚，英文荷兰文都有。
Conditions:

• you have held a temporary residence permit for a minimum of 5 consecutive years;
• you have a residence permit for a non-temporary objective, such as family reunification or employment;
• you have sufficient means of support
• you do not constitute a risk to the public order

Documents---  You will need to produce the following documents:

• Valid passport
• Proof of health insurance
• Current residence permit
• Documentary proof of income
• Documentaryevidence showing that you have been resident in the Netherlands for 5consecutive years on the basis of a valid residence permit immediatelyprior to your application.

谢谢楼上这位朋友的解答，但是我的问题是5年的ID和永久居留有什么区别？？而且是要我自己提出来还是他们就会根据条件许可可以给予办理？？多谢！！！

5年是5年有效，永久就是永久有效, 除非你离开荷兰超过一定时间或者危害社会。
你的居留卡到期了，你要提出申请。既然是有条件的，你就要主动交材料，不填表，不交材料，
ind会给你办么？
建议你直接申请欧盟永久居留,条件和荷兰永居基本一样，
但是可以在欧盟国家自由迁徙／工作，在欧盟境内离开荷兰6年有效，离开欧盟12个月有效。


介绍：
Once you have resided in the Netherlands on the basis of a temporaryresidence permit for at least 5 consecutive years, you can apply forthe granting of a permanent residence permit or to have your existingresidence permit changed into a permanent residence permit. Yourapplication is first checked against the European requirements inaccordance with Directive 2003/109/EC. See Wijziging Vreemdelingenwet: langdurig ingezeten derdelanders.

If your application meets the European conditions, an entry will bemade on your residence document stating “long-term resident - EC”. Ifyour application does not meet the European conditions, it will then beassessed whether the application meets the conditions for granting apermanent permit on the basis of national legislation. If theseconditions have been met, a permanent residence permit will be grantedin accordance with national legislation. If your application also failsto meet these conditions, it will be assessed whether you are eligiblefor an extension of your current permit. You will only be required topay one fee for this triple or double assessment.

还是谢谢楼上朋友的答复，其实我要问的是5年的ID和永居的ID申请程序是一样的吗？当然我也知道肯定要我递交申请，但是不知道他们是给我5年还是永居？总之还是有些疑问。呵呵～～～～～～～

表格不同，如果你已经够条件申请永久居留，就用那个表格，最后ind判定你如果不够资格会自动降为普通居留。 如果你申请的普通居留，就算已经达到永久的条件，ind也不会自动给你什级。
这个ind网站和表格上面都有介绍，强烈建议你仔细阅读ind的条款。
