If you have PR, you will able to get a loan which is around 120% of ur house price (so zero downpay, plus cost for "meer werk".
If you do not have PR, in most banks (like ABN), you can only get 80% loan, which means you still have to pay some (but not all) for yourself. But in some other bank, (e.g. rabo), you can still get full or 120% loan.
Give u loan or not depends very much on your education level, current salary, partnerś income.... There are many considerations from the bank, PR or not is just one of them, and definitely not the most important one. |
