I got the same problem with ATM machine to take money in a supermarket last week, then I directly go to my bank, postbank, show them the receipt and explain that I didn't get the moeny, then the people in the account checked in the computer, it was easy to find out that the money was not taken, then they sent the money back to my account.
One week later, i received a letter from postbank to explain that the money was in my account already, they were sorry for inconvinent it caused! What a service! haha,
I hate ABN bank! They are not really helpful and friendly. I got really bad experience with them.
