Your new employer should give you two forms:
1. VOG, you need to fill, and send to your city hall, pay 30.05 euro, within two weeks they will send you a confirmation, which proof you have a good behavior.
2. Pre employment screening, one hand, it is used to register your information in your new company, the other hand, they will send this to IND, which indicates you have a new employer. Your previous employer should send a proof to IND as well, to state you end up your work there(do not worry, all of those work will be done by both of your employers).

If you only receive one form, pre employment screening, it is no relation to your GOOD Behavior.

不过电话公司的钱就像滚雪球一样，越滚越大的。大了就会有黑记录了。而且如果数额过大的话，不仅会影响到荷兰境内的生活，而且一旦出境，会影响到再次入境的。不过说实话，如果在荷兰境内，电话公司总能找到讨债公司把人给找出来的。呵呵。
