Better to check the orginal insurance contract firstly, then contact insurance company and waiting for their response. Before that, checking what you lost. Btw, did you call policemen? They should grant you a report about losing items.

问题就出在他每类都有最高额度，而我们丢失的大部分价值就在于戒指和手表上，都要哭死了
还有包有2个是结婚的时候亲戚送的，发票名字都不是我的，不知道怎么办好？
