从本科转研究生改是哪种表格？

咋越来越复杂了，现在换PURPOSE还要去IND，我刚来时候ID都是在警察局办理。感慨啊。

我明天有空，去问问IND。回来向大家汇报一下。

想问下从Ｈ转Ｕ是用哪种ＦＯＲＭ啊？都需要哪些文件啊？

我们讨论半天白讨论了。你h转u就是change purpose。。。。
ls有为高人已经说了，打电话给ind预约，然后他们会给你寄表格。你不用自己下。

you also can dowloand and print out, but I do not know how to put passfoto on the normal paper
It is better to ask IND to send a form to you including the special foto card

Only six pages are for studying purpose

恩，我就order了一份，希望是一样的，不过我今天才order的，所以大概一周之后就会知道是不是要了正确的表格。
也祝你一切顺利啊。我前一阵子被空挡期弄的头疼。。。现在有办法解决了，结果又要担心change purpose的事。呵呵。。。

admission letter from university (conditional admission is also fine. IND in Den Bosch said like that! Because I only have conditional admission now)

the payment statement (to show you already pay your tuition fee)

Original statement from City Hall to show your address

the most important thing is: 433 Euro (pay it when you go to IND)
