I am not sure in your case. It seems once you claimed tax refunding, then you are officially registered in Bellastingdienest. They have right to check you anytime your income status.

My colleague just wrote an email to the whole group about how to fill in annual income & tax forms. I will copy the content here. It is important to know!!

Dear all,

If everything went well, you received this week a Dutch letter in which they ask you to fill in your tax forms.
Everybody receiving a salary here is obliged to fill in the forms. (at least Jane almost got a fine)
If you have a wife and / or kids you can get (a lot of) money back.
So it’s worthwhile taking your time for this.

Therefore I called the tax company if they have an English version of the ‘Belastingaangifte’.
It is not yet there, but it will be online on March 2008.

To fill in the forms online you also need a DigiD.

You also need the salary-‘jaaroverzicht 2007’.

06年9月才开始工作，据说07年能申请退点税回来，不过总忘记去，不知道今年还能不能去退

我今天刚刚收到以前公司寄来的去年的单子。

楼主真好心， 我好像也首到这样的信，可是2006年我还是学生根本除了打工之外(10个
小时合法)就没有收入，我也从来没跟荷兰政府申请过什么补助。他们说他们会自己
查，然后根据我的收入来给我罚款单。我准备给他们打电话解释一下。 请问有跟我
一样的情况的吗？？？

是同一个，可以是填写在他们邮寄来的纸上，也可以通过网上去填写。网上填写首先需要一个DigID，到https://applicaties.digid.nl/aanvragen把自己的sofinumber 以及住址等信息填好，还有用户名啊密码啊。然后等他们给你邮寄一个信件，再去激活，就可以用这个DigIDle 了。然后到http://www.belastingdienst.nl/ 上去填写收入信息（退税信息）了。

不知道解释的对不对。
