似乎他们所有关于材料缺少的回复都是一样的我也是这段
We fully understand that you are not yet able to submit copies of your Bachelor diploma.
May we just remind you to send the certified copies (in duplicate) and if necessary a certified/authenticated translation (in English, Dutch German) of your bachelor degree and academic transcript to the TU/e as soon as they become available.
根本不跟我问的问题相关

certified copy是指公证后的复印件，那个summary我是看了一些网上的论文后自己编的，现在做起毕业设计才发现当时写得太肤浅了，汗。。。
