TUE补寄材料

学校那边已经收到了我的材料，但是说我遗漏的3个文件，但是我有很大的疑问：

1. certified copies of your bachelor degree and academic transcript in the original language. [As soon as available].-------因为现在大4没有学位证，这个推迟给应该没问题。至于后面的中文成绩单，我确定是和英文成绩单放在一起装在一个信封里，怎么说没有呢？

2. original or certified copy of an English language test, (TOEFL or IELTS), to prove that your level of English is high enough to meet our requirements. -------雅思成绩单我也寄的复印件啊，难道复印件不可以？

3. a summary of your dissertation in English ------材料里有一份Application form，一共13项，然后在每一项前面画勾的，我没有勾dissertation这一项，而且还在下面说明了毕业论文在下学期做。他为什么还要我交呢，真是奇怪？

明天是周末，又不能打电话去学校询问，我现在很焦急，麻烦大家帮我解惑

和我收到Email的非常相似：
We have received your application and accompanying documentation concerning your request for admission to a master’s program at the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven (TU/e).

We fully understand that you are not yet able to submit copies of your Bachelor diploma.
May we just remind you to send the certified copies (in duplicate) and if necessary a certified/authenticated translation (in English, Dutch German) of your bachelor degree and academic transcript to the TU/e as soon as they become available.

The following documentation was also missing from your application:
·         a copy of your passport or a certified copy of your birth certificate. Please bear in mind that, if you are accepted to a TU/e Master’s program, you will need a passport that is valid at least until October 2009 (due to the requirements for the visa application and residence permit).
·         original or certified copy of an English language test, (TOEFL or IELTS), to prove that your level of English is high enough to meet our requirements.

这是他们的回答：
We know that there is a transcript in your application but that is not your final/complete transcript since you will not graduate until June 2008. We are just asking to send your bachelor degree and completed transcript as soon as they come available (probably in June or July 2008).
2. original or certified copy of an English language test, (TOEFL or IELTS), to prove that your level of English is high enough to meet our requirements. -------雅思成绩单我也寄的复印件啊，难道复印件不可以？
这个应该可以的吧，因为我就没给原件他们。而且现在已经得到Email通知说我拿到17，000欧/年的奖学金了。不过可能我的情况和你的不一样，因为TU/e与我们学校有合作关系，我的申请是通过一个叫Brainbridge的项目的。

这个按我的理解是不是要等到要毕业时与完整成绩单一起给他们呢。

大家一般都是材料显示签收后多少天收到确认信的啊？

我想学校可能是要你大学四年全部的成绩。

2. original or certified copy of an English language test, (TOEFL or IELTS), to prove that your level of English is high enough to meet our requirements. -------雅思成绩单我也寄的复印件啊，难道复印件不可以？
你可以发邮件问一下，复印件行不行，实在不行就多花点钱叫使馆寄吧。

summary可以很短。一到两页纸写出来就好啦！大四这个时候该想想毕设写什么了的。初步题目和结论应该有吧？

你打电话去问挺浪费钱。。。还不如email说的清楚。

楼主后来问的结果怎么样呢，对于缺本科论文概要，另外motivation我肯定是放在里面的啊怎么会没有呢？缺材料的话怎么办什么时候邮呢越快越好还是什么？
