急问：订了去捷克的机票 不知道要不要签证???

我订了去捷克玩的机票 一月7号到13号
但是不知道需不需要另外的签证？
我现在有荷兰的resident permit卡 [应该是申根国内自由旅行？ 我也不是很确定 因为以前出去玩spain germany什么的从没有遇到人查过]
请知道的前辈提供确切的消息
不想在prague机场被扣住

你可以打电话直接到捷克使馆问。
中国护照时需要申请签证的。

如果你没有与荷兰人（欧盟成员国籍）结婚或你没有和荷兰人（欧盟成员国籍）注册同居的话，你必须申请签证，现在捷克根本不是欧盟成员，所以跟GERMANY 和 SPAIN是两回事。

捷克是欧盟成员，但没有签署申根协议。欧盟跟申根是两个概念。

捷克早在05年五一就加入欧盟了好不好?

I am almost sure that you need a visa to Czech Republic. Though the Schegen agreement will be effective from 21st Dec to the old eastern Europe, there is still a air control till March 2008. Unless you could show to the custom officials that you transit from Czech to another country within 5 days... check the website of Czech foreign affairs to double confirm.

I am definitely sure you need a visa to Czech Republic. Although it is a European country, you only are allowed to transit within 72hours if you possess a Chinese passport.
