Derivative trader of the bank or the trading company?

Derivative trader of the bank or the trading company?

that is for the bank, and they don't really need me to speak Dutch.
other two are for the same bank actually but really need me to be Dutchable, which I can't fullfil at this moment, and I don't want myself to be alienated among colleages because of the language. so what do you think?

现在可能能拿到3个offer,虽然是金融领域的，但范围面还是不太一样，大家帮我看看该选哪个：

1) Financial reporting
2) Management accountant
3) Derivative trader

我自己比较倾向Derivative trader, 因为公司会提供很多培训课程，但因为我所学专业还是比较倾向会计领域，所以对自己是否能完全胜任还是没有太大的把握。大家都怎么看呢？我很想听听你们意见，谢谢！

2. 公司雇外籍员工是因为“能工作”，不是因为“能说话”，后者叫雇宠物 ---- 用不着放太多精力在荷兰语上。


基本上没选择， 拿那个不说荷兰语offer， 而且不是“可能能拿“

lz有工作经验？这麽多选择？工作机会怎莫这麽好找？

冰火两重天，前两个属于无聊透顶的工作，一般是跟一帮行尸走肉的荷兰人在一块儿；后一个会很刺激，就不知道你受不受得了，做这个有人做的精神失常。

能说话” then you will be promoted

but, for LZ,  choose the no dutch requirment offer..

基本上没选择， 拿那个不说荷兰语offer， 而且不是“可能能拿“

这三个postition的第一轮面试已过，现在已经拿到Derivative trading的offer,其他两个还在process中，但因为面试过程都很positive,所以我还是很有信心拿到的。之所以拿过来讨论一下，就是想听一下大家的意见，如果可以决定下来，其他两个position我就不太想process下去了，实在不想浪费我自己和公司的时间。

三轮面试下来我从来没有感觉公司的intention是要雇一个能工作而不能说话的人，我认为工作中的交流是非常重要的，让别人知道你在做什么同时你也明白别人在做什么，这是一个team成功的关键，大家觉得呢？
