博士，自己办签证，一般要多长时间啊

我被学院告知，签证，international office只办硕士的，博士要自己办。

我去领事馆问，自己办的话，得3－6个月。

我想请教高人，一般情况下，多长时间就能自己办下来了？

请帮小弟答复下吧，这涉及到我何时辞职，住宿什么时候开始起租，等等好多麻烦事啊，拜托！

不会是什么不正规的学校吧？大家基本上都是反签的吧。

不是吧。我也是RUG的，我跟我爱人一起过来的，都是学校给办的呀。
据了解，其他的博士也是反签的呀。

He told me that all the foreign researchers always apply for their own
visa. Our International Office was never involved in the application of
visa in the Netherlands. The foreign Embassy or Consulate accepts the
Invitation Letter as proof of the involvement of the Groningen
University in the application. We have this experience in relation to
China / Shanghai as well.

I suggest that you talk to the visa officer again with this extra
information. If this helps, we can send the Invitation Letter by fax
directly to the Shanghai Consulate. Lets hope that they can speed up the
procedure. Please keep me informed on your progress regarding the
application of the visa.

算了，我已经把所有的材料准备好了星期一就去领事馆了，四天啊，去办户口，民政局未婚证明，出生未婚公正，认证等等所有签证之前的手续，我真佩服我自己了，真的

如果是反签，这些材料一样是要准备的，不过签证地点不同，具体需要的一些认证材料有所不同。
那就等吧，最折磨人的是这段时间。
等通知你去领签证的时候，你再辞职也不晚啊。
