hello,i have a t-mobile till end of sept,you could help me cancel it and i join your plan.and i know i have to paid one month extra! ithink,is it right?i did not have to cancel before 3 months...:(

u can come to company and renew it. then you got new contract with same number.  You don't need to cancel it and change because it is the same contract.

can i just come to your shop and get a new plan ?and i could keep the same number?

u can come to company and renew it. then you got new contract with same number. You don't need to cancel it and change because it is the same contract.

三个月后cash back, 你4月1号签的，可能会在t-mobile系统内一周后才注册成功。那么你应该快收到钱了。
