法律条例上来讲工作许可的申请和你有没有同居没有关系，情理上来讲要看IND工作人员的考量思路了，个人认为既然是工作许可就和你男友没有任何关系。

那留学生的身份算OUTSIDE还是不算呢?

最重要的是WP是屬於甚麽種類形式，有沒有時間限制。

IF you have 同居身份 , then you automatic get your WP....  you don't need to apply any WP...

If you have WP FIRST and then 同居, then it has no matter with your 同居身份.  

But I think in your case, that is because your 同居身份 and not because of your company.... I agree with your boyfriend.

You can have only one ID, can not both...
