EU/EER countries students require an MVV entry visa for the Netherlands, they can ask Saxion to arrange the visa application. In this case Saxion is responsible for the student and has to see to it that the student has a permanent residence during the first academic year in the Netherlands. This means that students, who require Saxion to apply for the MVV entry visa, are obliged to take the Saxion accommodation during the first academic year. After finishing this obligatory first academic year contract, students are free to find another room by themselves. Though they need to show an official rental agreement.
