TLS – Boca Systems (TLS) supplies Boca products (thermal printers and tickets) through system partners and end users operating in the following areas: Cinemas; Theatres; Congress & Exhibition Centres; Family & Leisure parks; Stadiums; Museums; Ticketing Services; Zoos & Aquariums; Airports & Air Traffic Control, Public Transport.

With offices in Rotterdam (HQ), London, Warsaw, Kassel, Rome, Madrid, Shanghai and Dubai, TLS – Boca Systems is the main distributor of Boca thermal tickets and thermal ticket printers. Our core business is the supply of thermal printers, tickets (including plastic cards), printer spare parts and selling service & maintenance contracts. TLS – Boca Systems consists of a small, young and enthusiastic team of professionals. The work atmosphere is informal.

To help us achieving our ambitious goals, we are looking for a new Sales/Business Development Manager for the Greater Hong Kong area (Southern part of China included).

Working Location:
Initially in Rotterdam. After 6-12 months you will be relocated to the Greater Hong Kong area (Southern part of China included).

Job Description:
You will have direct and overall responsibility for the total sales in the greater Hong Kong area and the Southern part of China. It means you will work with your colleagues to ensure that the set sales targets will be met. We expect increasing sales and turnover as a whole, maximizing the product potential and increasing awareness of the company and the Boca brand. You will need to explore new avenues to increase sales and turnover and come up with ideas. You should be implementing good customer services standards, thus maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and customer retention. Once you have find your way, we want you to play an important role in developing and implementing international sales and marketing strategies and campaigns for the whole region.

Main Duties:
  • Follow the manager’s guidance, advice, complete/draft some important documents, such as internal processes, procedures, planning
  • Responsible for internal and external Communications, phone calls, visits records, customer relationship maintenance
  • New Customer development, promote and finish the sales target
  • Responsible for marketing research and analysis, plan and conduct sales strategy, draft reasonable promotion and sales plan, enhance the general sales revenue
  • Customer service function, responsible for recording customer calls, feedback to the manager or other departments to help customers solving problems

Requirements:
  • We need a flexible person with a proven sales record
  • You need to have a few years of experience in sales
  • You are also a strong communicator, a problem solving person, entrepreneurial, committed and ambitious
  • You are good in presenting products, services and ideas and a strong negotiator
  • Bachelor education or above, preferably marketing/business management studies
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience, sales related background is a plus, previous working experience with printer or thermal printers will be a priority
  • Motived by sales works, excited about challenges
  • Good knowledge background in marketing analysis, good sense of customer service
  • Honest, calm, cheerful, outgoing personality, optimistic and positive attitude, be able to learn, eager to ask for advice; agile, strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical abilities, able to work on their own judgment of priorities, able to provide advices in business development and to monitor performance step by step afterwards
  • Working with responsibility, able to work under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
