In your scenarios, it means you will only need to loan 100k(because you bring in half by cash). You will be charged interest for that 100k. And when you sell the house, the buyer will transfer 250k to notary, and notary will pay 100k back for the loan and the rest 150k to your own account.
If 50k > total interest you paid, you make money, otherwise you lose money. |
