没有结婚也没有办同居 直接办MVV 像你男朋友那么说的 我觉得是可行的
不过我没办过 有错 请帮我更正吧
大部分的问题在申请表里都有详细的回答 申请表很重要
the foreign national is married to you or has a registered
partnership with you, and you reside in the Netherlands
You must submit the following additional documents and
documentary evidence together with your request for advice:
– Proof of your income, see the Proof of Income Annex
– An original extract (not a copy) from the Municipal Administration
showing your address and family composition. This extract must be
dated within the last 6 months
– Copies of all of the pages of your identity papers if you are a Dutch
national or of the front and back of your residence permit or of all
of the pages of your passport in which the residence permit has
been entered
If you are married, you must also attach
– A copy of your marriage certificate (see the notes on ‘Foreign
documents’ and ‘Language’ on page 2 of this form)
If you are in a registered partnership, you must also attach
– A copy of the registration of your registered partnership in the
Municipal Administration
– A copy of the registered partnership certificate

n the foreign national is your unmarried partner, you reside in
the Netherlands

– The Guarantor Declaration Annex fully completed and signed by
you
– A copy of your unmarried status declaration. The unmarried status
declaration must have been issued in your country of origin, unless
you have the Dutch nationality or a permanent residence permit.

– A copy of the unmarried status declaration of the foreign national,
which must have been issued in the foreign national’s country of
