General Description We are looking for operation Assistant (logistics track) mainlyresponsible for supply chain management execution; timely and accurateentry of Master Data; Assistance for operation needs to logistics, marketingand quality functions.
Tasks and responsibilities - To support logistics coordinator for the daily operation, such as timelyplan purchase order, importation and delivery;
- To file logistics and quality documents in the safe correctly;
- To verify data has been properly entered into system;
- To assist and react other internal and external business unitrequirements in an efficient and prudence manner.
Qualifications & Skills - University or college degree, preferably 3rd or 4thyear student and master student
- Good knowledge and experience on logistics is preferred;
- Focus on details and quick learner
- Willing to work under pressure, occasionally over time;
- Good command and writing skills of English;
