新手买车求教

最近想买辆大众的golf ，根据汽车牌照，在rdw的网站上查到 Wacht op Keuring  ja.  这个选项是什么意思？ 这个车子是不是有什么问题没有通过检查呢？
向各位大神请教

A vehicle that is damaged, or control does not meet the technical requirements, the police or the insurer may be a message "waiting for approval" (WOK) into the registry. Only after an inspection by the RDW this message is removed. Until that time should not drive the vehicle on public roads. Doing so, you are in violation.

车辆受损，或者控制部分不符合技术规范，警察、保险公司就会在注册信息中标注 “等待确认” （WOK）。只有经过RDW 检查，该标示才会去掉。在此之前，该车辆不可在公共道路上行驶。否则违法。


简言之：这车现在不能开上路。

很难说。如果是买车的话，还是放弃了的好。
