Siere Handel was founded in 1997. Our main business activity is focusedon the import and export of young plants from tissue culture. We offer ourcustomers the extensive experience of our laboratory ‘Agristar’ in China on thetissue culture production of a wide range of plant species. The laboratory issituated in the Guangdong province in China and the entire production is drivenby the sales orders of Siere Handel. Also the production management and thetechnical support are fully controlled by Siere Handel. Since the establishment of our company, we have developed long-term and stable business relationship with over 100 companies throughout the world. Among them are breeders, youngplant growers, growers, tissue culture laboratories and import‐export companies.
In recent years the company has grown and is currently undergoing aprocess of restructuring tasks and responsibilities. This context creates avacancy for an account manager.

Job description
You will be responsible for several accounts either in Europe or United States. You will be the link between the production facility in China and the clients. You are responsible for the daily communication about orders,planning, availabilities, deliveries, etc. Also you will visit the clients forafter sales service.  At the same time you are supporting all the work of the marketing department.

Job requirements
-       Good communication skills in speaking and writing in interpersonal relationships
-       Background in education or work in the field of or namental horticultureis an advantage
-       Good experience with the computer (MS Office, order system)
-       Prepared for (international) travelling to visit the clients and suppliers
-       Fluent English in speaking and writing is required. Good knowledge ofthe Dutch and Chinese language is an advantage
-       Personal keywords: self-starter, analytical, accurate, taking initiative, result driven, convincing, pragmatic attitude and team player
