About 15 square metres, shared kitchen, shower and toilet (with 2 other housemates). Rent is 270 euro all incl. per month.
The room is furnitured but if you want to keep it you'll have to buy it from me.
There's various shops and a supermarket near by (less than 1min walking distance).
The distance to Saxion is about 5min by bike and to the city centre about 10min.
There's a busstop nearby that has a connection every 30min with the station.
The only thing is that the room is rented via a agency not a private person, so there'll be an additional 200euro fee but no deposit (first month-rent double).
