我们买房之前也看过这两个地方的房，觉得整体上Noordorp挺好的，总体感觉比wateringen要好一些。
房子，环境，方便度都要强一些。

My first impression on Nootdorp was very good, but when I visited a property there,  a local lady told me there are 12 Polish guy living in 1 house, just  in that neighborhood. In addition, I saw there are really a lot of expats, and some strange people hanging around in the street.

maybe I did not pick a good area, but these things kind of worry me about the safety issue.

那一带的房子都比较新，应该是2000年以后的吧，好象那一带都是集中供暖没有煤气的，而且那边都是年轻夫妇带小孩住的比较多。安全嘛，我没住那边具体的不太清楚。

嗯，是没有煤气，所以只能用电磁炉那样的灶

Stiemensvaart很漂亮，没有煤气是硬伤，做饭麻烦。Nootdorp也不大，好小的。交通位置比较好，治安应该算很不错的地方吧。我住这边没有感觉哪里不适。
