help! ask for information about Arnhem hogeschool

hi,
  I heard that there is a master program about e-learning and multimedia in Han University.  I asked and it is said that office will ask for the Shiffield University in UK. The tuition fee is too high and I want to people who study in Han University.
The teaching situation and is it just work in Group ?
