包裹收不到怎么办？

从美国寄来的包裹已经超过天数了还是没有收到去网上追踪包裹这显示包裹已经交付到收件人手上的意思吗？我没有收到怎么办？有没有人知道帮忙看看谢谢谢谢谢谢！！！
