请教用过skype得朋友！

我用的是rabobank，汇钱的时候是不是之间告诉clerk我要给skype汇钱，还是要事先知道skype的帐号！？？？

不是真的吧，我查了，可是skype里面还是没有钱啊，

而且还是不能播打固定电话！！！
