1000 is normal,

in Tu/Delft, with the delftse methode,
green book = 400
yellow book = 650
white book= donot know yet
vaaktaal= dunno yet

all these are only tuition fee, exclusive book(+100),

conclusion: 1000euro is normal !!!

price is there, as to 值不值 ??? ----that's all ur call

you can rigister in ROC. the whole studying year for the Dutch learning is 60, but you should take some tests. I grauated from the lessons, now I am trying to take the dutch niveau test 'NT2-II', you take every week two nights lessen in ROC, read, write, listen and understand. every big city has a ROC, you can look for some informations from the site of ROC
