Job description:
We are looking for two young interns about to graduate, or two fresh graduateshaving ambition to develop a career in the aviation education for Chinesestudents. During the internship, you are required to get to know theorganization of Stella Aviation Academy and its related companies, tounderstand the recruitment procedures and process in the Netherlands and inother countries, to become involved in the preparation and execution of theorganization strategy in China, and to assist in the recruitment process inChina. Ifthe performance during the internship is outstanding, Stella Aviation Academy mayconsider offering an official employment in its offices in China.
Requirements:
--Fluent Chinese speaking and English speaking (Dutch speaking is a plus);
--At least HBO thinking and working level;
--Good knowledge in marketing and communication;
--Dedicated and pay attention to details;
--Communicative andteam player;
--Ambitious and result-oriented.
