公派博士能否在荷兰申请住房补贴

小弟马上要过来这边读博士了。想问问这边住房补贴是什么情况的。谢谢各位

如果你租住的是独立房子，不是一间房间，价格在209-654之间，一般情况都可以申请，和身份无关。

同是公派，不知你最后得出的结果如何？

Hi,谢谢你的回答。我查阅到这里面的要求是这样的：

To get housing benefit to you, your potential partner and inmates meet the following conditions:

• You are 18 years or older
  If you are under 18, you can sometimes get housing benefit. Look at I live alone and I am under 18 or I do not live alone and I am under 18 years .
• You hire an independent accommodation .
• You, your partner and inmates are at the municipality registered at your home address.
• At your home address are no other persons registered with the municipality (except any subtenant).
• You, your partner and inmates have the Dutch nationality or a valid residence permit .
• Your (joint) income and rent are not too high.
• Your power is not too high.
  

那这里的意思是只要我在市政厅注册后拿到了ID即可以申请住房补贴？
另外我想问一下住房补贴是两个人住一起拿的多些还是一个人住拿的多一些？

其实我的最大的疑问是公派的博士并不纳税，并且奖学金也不由学校发，而是使馆发放。那税务局怎么界定我的收入？不纳税即等于没有收入？

请问楼主的问题得到答案了么？技术性好强！

我也是CSC博士，申请房补两年了，忽然叫我全部退回去。我租的是独立的房子，从domijn租的，5000多，坑爹死了，去了税务局，他们说我是学生不能申请房补。我都无语了啊。又遇到同样状况的同胞么
