[size=1.1em]Summary of adjustments fee rates - The fees for applications for family reunion and formation and for adoptive and foster children are reduced to € 225.00.
This rate applies to the following applications:
- regular provisional residence permit (mvv)
- regular residence permit without mvv
- amendment of restriction
- extension (for extension of a residence permit for family reunion with parents a fee rate of € 150.00 remains applicable)
[size=1.1em]If you enter the country with a valid mvv and submit an application for a regular residence permit, you need not pay any fees for this application. - The fees for scientific research within the framework of directive 2005/71 and for study will be reduced to € 300.00
This rate applies to the following applications:
- regular provisional residence permit (mvv)
- regular residence permit without mvv
- amendment of restriction
[size=1.1em]If you enter the country with a valid mvv and submit an application for a regular residence permit, you need not pay any fees for this application.
For extension the amount of € 150.00 remains applicable. - The fees for applications subject to the directive for long-term residents and the application for a permanent residence permit will be raised from € 130.00 to
€ 150.00 - The fees for EU citizens and Turkish citizens (and other fees that initially amounted to € 40.00) are raised to € 42.00
