求教strawhat，我注意到学校图书馆已经和很多国际上大的图书馆联网，那么电子文档的借阅方式是怎么样的呀？图书馆内部是否可以上网呢？
比如说NEC Research Institute Researchindex，这里有部分是free的，但是很多重要的是需要用户和密码的，是否在学费里面包含有这部分费用？
