hello i am a new comer and have a question

if possible i would like to go to university of twente to take my phd
in applied math.. who can tell me what about the reputation?
in additional which university is the best for the applied math research..

I didn't know too much about applied math in UT. It's also very difficult to answer your second question. It's better for you to contact professor in Applied math department.

wait and see, I also don't know who is in that faculty except a master student

hehe, no. There were Chinese Ph.Ds in that department but they already left.
