But anyhow from some other resources, I would answer as follows: it is not necessary to open the financial statement from a Dutch Bank, you can do from Bank of China, etc. Adding the 10,000 Euro and living expenses at around 700 Euro per month, you might need to have 150,000-200,000 Chinese Currency for the financial statement.
