求问UvA STUDIELINK的问题

        现在是不是还没开放啊？另外需不要注册这个啊？我前几天还可以点击链接，现在链接都不见了诶。。。阿大的主页出现了这么几句话。。。
International applicants International students who come to study in the Netherlands for the first time should not register with Studielink as this is done by our student services department. This service is offered to international students to avoid any confusion the Studielink system may cause.
You will receive information per email on how to complete your registration and how to apply for a visa or residence permit. You'll also receive a student ID number and UvAnetID, needed for payment.
      这些话的意思是我们第一次申请入学的不用注册了？那这里说的发邮件申请怎么申请啊？求高手指导啊

这个是学校帮你注册的，自己不用管的，不过好像学校会发邮件让你输入一下用户名密码神马的。这个不影响你申请。我一年前弄得，具体怎么操作记不得了。现在你就把成绩PS之类的传到学校官网上等着就行了。第一批入取的话也给12月初。UvA出了名的效率低，入取之后后续手续办到第二年8月下旬是一件特别特别正常的事情。所以真的不用着急。

现在已经开放了哈，上周六UvA招生办给我回复邮件开放了

学长/学姐，我现在在弄2014-2015的申请，遇到了不明白地方。。。我在studielink注册了，然后选了学校，隔了两天阿大给我发了UvAnetID和Activation code，然后我就进digital services了，密码什么的都按要求弄好了，然后我应该怎么上传文件啊？ 总之你能告诉我下一步一步应该怎么弄吗？不胜感激。。。
