看到今天Dutchnews上说一些公司可以直接在移民局系统上发签证了？这样理解正确么？
有没有朋友知道具体的详情

Companies to be allowed to issue visas to foreign staff

Companies with a good reputation which employ foreign staff are to be given access to immigration service systems so they can organise visas directly, immigration minister Gerd Leers said on Thursday.

'I am prepared to give companies which perform well the opportunity to write out their own visas by logging into the system,' Leers told BNR radio.

The visas could be given to non-EU nationals who meet standard criteria, such as a salary of at least €50,000.

Paperwork

The companies can save a lot of paperwork, 'but must accept the consequences if they bring in someone without the proper papers or who turns out to be a criminal,' the minister said.

Companies which do break the rules will face fines and loss of their preferred supplier status, the minister said.

The new system is due to come into effect next year.

DEN HAAG -  Bedrijven mogen zelf visa gaan uitschrijven voor buitenlandse werknemers. Dat zei minister Gerd Leers (Immigratie) donderdag op BNR Nieuwsradio.

„Bij de IND krijgen we een nieuw visa-systeem. Ik ben bereid om bedrijven die goed presteren en fatsoenlijk werken zelf de ruimte te bieden visa uit te schrijven door in te loggen in het systeem. Ze krijgen van mij een hele hoop ruimte om administratieve lasten te voorkomen, maar ze moeten ook de consequentie aanvaarden dat we ze aan de jas gaan als iemand binnen wordt gehaald die niet voldoet aan de papieren, rotzooi trapt of crimineel blijkt te zijn.” Met aan de jas gaan bedoelde Leers bijvoorbeeld een boete opleggen.
Het nieuwe systeem is rond de jaarwisseling te verwachten
