MVV需要多久能办下来？

28号收到学校的邮件如下：
We have applied for your  visa (MVV) and residence permit (VVR). The procedure takes about 4 weeks, so we  will contact you again as soon as we hear something from the IND (Dutch  Immigration Service). We would like to advise you, not to book your flight until  you've picked up your MVV at the Dutch Embassy in your  country.
我八月八号的机票，能来得及走吗？学校八月十二号开始introduction programme。

差不多吧···看运气
