请问从北京到瓦格宁根是飞到那个机场啊？

You should fly to the Amsterdam Airport Schiphol 阿姆斯特丹的主機場 史基浦機場
There is no airport at Wageningen.
Once you are arrive, you can take the NS train from the airport, Schiphol station to Ede-Wageningen station.
Then from Ede-Wageningen train station take Bus 88 to arrive Wageningen city.
