If your itinerary includes a train segment between the Brussels-Midi or Antwerp and Amsterdam-Schiphol you should exchange your flight coupons for a train ticket or a boarding pass at the railway station. Should this not be respected, the entire reservation will be cancelled.
Between Brussels or Antwerp and Amsterdam
(a) Your ticket should be exchanged for a train ticket as from 4 hours before departure of the train.
(b) You will need to bring the e-ticket (not the e-mail confirming your booking) that you received per e-mail.
(c) You will have to be able to show an official document (ID card or passport document) that delivers proof that you are the beneficiary of the ticket.
Where to exchange your flight ticket for your train ticket?
- In Antwerp: at the NMBS/SNCB International desk at the Antwerp Central Station.
- In Brussels: at the NMBS/SNCB Europe Departure Today zone at the Brussels-Midi/Zuid station.
- In Amsterdam: at the NS International desk located at the Amsterdam Schiphol railway station.

(b) You will need to bring the e-ticket that you received per e-mail.
(c) You will have to be able to show an official document (ID card or passport document) that delivers proof that you are the beneficiary of the ticket.
Where to exchange your flight ticket for your boarding pass?
- In Brussels : at the Air France desks at the Brussels Midi/Zuid station, from 90 minutes tlill 20 minutes before departure of your train
- In Paris-Charles de Gaulle: at the Air France desk at theTGV railway station ( 2nd floor) , from 45 to 10 minutes before departure of your train
