The Head of the Education and Student Service Center at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), acting on behalf of the appropriate Department Board hereby declares that the Admissions Committee for the TU/e Bachelor's program XXX has decided to grant CONDITIONAL ADMISSION to XXX, born 25 January 1993, in Changjiang, China to the Bachelor's program XXX at Eindhoven University of Technology.
The condition of this admission is:
- The student must provide certified copies of secondary (high school) and, if applicable, higher education certificates and the list of grades/academic transcript.
You must obtain three A levels. The grade for Mathematics must be A, B or C.
This decision takes into consideration section 7.28, subsection 2, 3, 4 of the 1993 Higher Education and Research Act (HERA).
This proof of admission is valid for 18 months, as of the date that this email message was sent.
Please bear in mind that, if you are accepted to a TU/e Bachelor program, you will need a passport that is valid at least until October 2013 (due to the requirements for the residence permit).
The Bachelor's program starts in September 2012. We will send you full practical information concerning enrollment, visa application, housing etc in May/June 2012. In the meantime take a look at the website XXX Although this information won't be updated until May 2012 it does give you an idea of the services provided by TU/e.
