it is pretty difficult because i just tried to transfer to university and i found i need to do a lot, but if you do all the things yourself including motivation letter and CV then you definitely better than those students go to U by someone else. all the opinions are based on my own experience. the true is i think U are better than H so i am determined to transfer. by the way i am the first year of Hogeschool without Gaokao
