zoek jaar可以用几次

本科毕业之后用了一年ZOEK JAAR  ，然后考研，2年研究生毕业之后还能有ZOEK JAAR么？
记得IND说是在定期时间内获得学位 就可以得到1年的ZOEK JAAR。。可以重复用么，有人知道么

研究生毕业可以申请另一种找工作ID，即专门针对荷兰境内研究生毕业或是top150荷兰境外研究生毕业的那种。但是不可以直接工作。必须找到工作后申请KM才可以开始工作。

每次不同阶段的毕业证书都可以享有一次毕业一年后zoekjaar(例如本科一次 硕士一次 博士一次)。二楼说的那种是毕业三年内仍可申请。但每张毕业证书的zoekjaar只能用一次。例如你2009年8月15日毕业后立刻申请，可以申请有效期到2010年8月14日的zoekjaar。但如果你2010年8月14日之后未找到高技术移民(KM)的工作，所以决定回国。若想在2011年1月1日申请zoekjaar，则会被拒绝。 但如果2009年8月15日毕业后先回国，则在2012年8月14日之前，都可以再从国内申请zoekjaar飞过来，同样也是一年的找工作期限。

毕业三年后的zoekjaar,

                            Under the ‘Admission scheme for highly educated persons’, foreign nationals are allowed to spend a period of up to twelve months in the Netherlands to find a job as a highly skilled migrant, or to set up an innovative company.                     

                                        If you want to work for an organization as a highly skilled migrant (kennismigrant), the organization has to be entitled to employ highly skilled migrants. You can find a list of these organizations on the IND website. Your gross annual salary must be at least € 26,605 (this amount may be adjusted on a yearly basis).

Who qualifies for this scheme?The ‘Admission scheme for highly educated persons’ is aimed at foreign nationals who have obtained a Master’s or PhD degree from a recognized Dutch higher education institution. You are also eligible if you have obtained a Master’s or PhD degree from a foreign university listed in the top 150 of the 2007 World University Rankings published in Times Higher Education Supplement or by Jiao Tong Shanghai University. In addition, you will be assessed on the basis of a points system. You must obtain at least 35 points.

The points system

• PhD degree = 30 points.
• Master’s degree = 25 points.
• aged between 21 and 40 = 5 points.
  

An additional 5 points will be awarded if you:

• have previously stayed in the Netherlands for work or study purposes, or;
• speak Dutch or English, or;
• have obtained your diploma in a country that has signed up to the Bologna declaration.
  

Residence permits for the purpose laid out in this scheme are issued for a maximum period of one year and cannot be extended. At the end of the year, you must either apply for a change of purpose or leave the country. If you have previously had a residence permit for the purpose of ‘seeking work after graduation’ (verblijf gedurende zoekjaar afgestudeerde), you are not eligible to apply.

毕业三年内的zoekjaar期间，若非KM，则必须申请工作许可，通过劳动市场检验可以工作。

With a residence permit for the purpose of ‘highly educated migrantseeking employment’ you are not free to take up paid (or unpaid) employment.

Your employer will first have to apply for a work permit, which maynot always be easy. One of the conditions that employers have to meet, is todemonstrate that there are no workers with an EU/EEA nationality available andcapable to do the job.

Note that you are not allowed to apply for any state benefits duringyour stay. If you do, your residence permit may be revoked.

如果是这样 那研究生毕业还可以有哈 但是我觉得ZOEK JAAR id的性质都一样的吧 都是找工作的。。是吧

二者仍有細微区别：毕业后马上申的，当年度隨便工作都可不须劳动许可也不限KM：三年内的，当年内也仅限KM

貌似政策变了。。。
打了两次电话都说是1年以内。。。。
以及，为啥我看荷兰生活板块里说的探亲MVV都等那么久
我前天又骚扰了一次IND，他们说一般来说，申请search year MVV4周就可以了。。。。。。。。。。。
晕了个晕的。。。。。。我还要安排国内的工作呢.................
