求问Delft硕士admission email里没有提奖学金就是必需自费了吗？

同问楼上的都申土木系的么？是10月20几收到的确认邮件吗？请问你们的申请费是什么时候交的呢？我是大概十一月1号收到的通知我交申请费 可现在没你们幸运已经收到ad  估计比你们晚一批 想知道现在究竟在什么位置了

the reply concerning the scholarship from the secretary：

All complete applications which arrived before 1 November 2011 will be considered for the TU Delft Excellence Scholarships for all MSc programmes (DRI Scholarships, Justus & Louise van Effen Scholarships and Scholarships linked to the research themes Climate, Process Technology, Robotics and Transport). Scholarship recipients will be notified by the end of March 2012.

TU Delft faculties which offer scholarships (TU Delft scholarships and other opportunities for specific MSc programmes) will consider all admitted students for their scholarships (also if the application has arrived after 1 November 2011). Scholarship recipients will be notified before 1 June 2012. Please note that the following faculties do not offer any scholarships; Architecture, Mechanical - Maritime and Materials Engineering and Aerospace Engineering.

You cannot apply for any of the scholarships offered by TU Delft; if you are granted a scholarship TU Delft will inform you.
