Title: Researcher
Responsibilities:
The Researcher will execute customized senior executive search strategies inclose collaboration with the consultant in charge of the search assignment,ensuring timely and high quality delivery.
•Develop target lists and identify and source qualified candidates through coldcalls
•Contact potential candidates professionally and intelligently by phone,introduce the specific opportunity, interest the potential candidatesufficiently to get more information about his/her background and assess thequalifications of the candidate against position specifications.
•Schedule qualified candidates on agenda of the consultant for face-to-faceinterviews and be responsible for candidate follow-up during the furtherprocess
•Enter and maintain accurate and current notes in the database which tracksengagement and candidate activity and progress.
•Draft relevant documentation, including confidential candidate reports andsearch progress/status reports on a regular basis
•Participate in ongoing efforts to identify new methodologies and proceduresthat enhance the search process
•Contribute to effective business development for the office by securing repeatbusiness through superb execution of the current assignments
Qualifications:
Education, Experience & Training required:
- Bachelor Degree or above, major in HR Related field is preferred
- At least 1 year working experience in HR / Energy / Manufactory/IT industries
Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
-Very good verbal and written communications skills in both English andMandarin, -Good telephone manners
-Experience with making cold calls and communicating with Middle to seniorlevel executives
