Dear student,
We have received information from the Immigration Service (IND) that your residence permit (ID card) is ready.
The IND will come to Saxion in Deventer to hand out your residence permit.
Hereby I would like to inform you, on behalf of the Immigration Service, that it is obligate to show up for this appointment and collect your residence permit as this is the only possibility for the IND to hand out your residence permit.
You need to collect your residence permit at Tuesday 4th October at 12.00 am in the Central hall (next to the reception) of Saxion Deventer.
To receive your residence permit you need to take with you:
- Passport
- Old residence permit (if applicable)
After collecting your residence permit, please hand in a copy at the International Office, so we can complete your registration at Saxion.
We will also inform your course director about this appointment so that they are aware that you might miss some lessons that day.
If you already collected your residence permit in Zwolle you can ignore this e-mail.
