good rooms for rent

Hi,there is one apartment for rent.There are two rooms for rent,but can own one big free living room and one big shower room and one toilet.Both of the tow rooms are big, each room can be shared by two persons.

One room is 275euro per month for one person,but 350 euro for two persons, already including other fees.The big living room and kitchen is owned by you for free.

You can negotitate the price with the boss,he is very kind.

Yes,kitchen is included,the living room is also owned by you.The boss is very easy-going,you can negotiate with him.

There are lots of furnitures in his house,two or three sofas,it is better for you to visit the house,i find it is nice to live there,as you do not need to share the house with the house owner.You can act as what you like.
